Students are invited to volunteer at the upcoming Parent Session at Sator Sanchez Elementary School on April 22 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Volunteers will assist with activities in the childcare room and help with various tasks. Students who participate will receive 2.5 community service hours. Complete the  sign-up form  to volunteer.

This year the event will be held at Joliet Central’s football field. We encourage families and community members to attend and show their support. There is no cost to attend and spectators can park by the football field. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.

We are pleased to offer monthly FAFSA Help Nights to support students and families with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). These events are designed to provide hands-on assistance, answer questions, and help families navigate the financial aid process for college, trade school, or other postsecondary options. FAFSA Help Night sessions will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on February 25 at Joliet West High School, on March 18 at Joliet Central High School, and on April 29 at Joliet West High School. Families may attend any session that works best for their schedule. School counselors, staff and community partners will be available to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions related to FAFSA completion.
