orth Lakeland School will soon be offering our 4K ~ 2 grade students an opportunity to participate in , as a Lighted Schoolhouse after-school programming option.  It’s back!  Join Mrs. Matusiewicz for rock-painting fun to brighted up our school!  We’re turning ordinary stones into extraordinary works of art to decorate our school entrances.  If you love to paint, draw, and create, this is your time to shine.  Let’s make our school look spectacular one stone at a time!  ***Any rock collectors out there that have some good stones to paint on would be appreciated*** Feel free to contact Matt Pritzl anytime at [email protected] or at (715) 543 ~ 8417 ext. 322 with any questions you may have.  Listed below are the requirements for participation.  Turning in a permission slip does not automatically guarantee admission.  You will always receive a confirmation email to let you know if your child got in, or to inform you that the specific class is full.   When an over abundance of permission slips come in, a random draw per grade will occur 24 hours later to determine the names of the students participating to respect fairness to all.  Course days are Thursdays, from 3:30 ~ 5:00 pm.  Class days are May 7, 14, and 28.  No class on 5/21.     Please arrive inside the main entrance of North Lakeland School in the cafeteria PROMPTLY at 5:00 for pick up.  Please notify me, or send a note to the school office if your child is to ride home with another adult.  You will receive a confirmation email or call to confirm your registration before the class start date. A completed permission slip returned to their teacher, main office, or a copy emailed to [email protected] Prompt returning of permission slips is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, as Lighted Schoolhouse classes generally fill up within a day. Students are always registered on a fair, first come basis. The registration deadline is on the class start date, unless the course is not maxed out yet. The maximum number of students for this course is 12. Instructors are always required to supervise students until parents arrive. Please send a snack or sealable drink with your child if possible, however, the Lighted Schoolhouse program does provide healthy snacks and drinks before students begin their class or activity. Dear North Lakeland  3 ~ 6 grade Families, 4/27/26' North Lakeland School will soon be offering our 3 ~ 6 grade students an opportunity to participate in ~ Fishing Fundamentals ~ at the North Lakeland Discovery Center as a Lighted Schoolhouse after-school programming option.  Join Lydia from the Woods and Water team for a four session course on learning fishing fundamentals.  Participants will learn how to identify fish, use proper fishing techniques, learn how to use different rods and reels, and put their skills to the test by fishing on Statehouse Lake.  On the last session, students will enjoy a fish fry while showing off their knowledge of fishing to adults, as parents are welcome to attend the final session on 5/29.  Feel free to contact Matt Pritzl anytime at [email protected] or at (715) 543 ~ 8417 ext. 322 with any questions you may have.  Listed below are the requirements for participation.
