From everyday items to groundbreaking innovations, participants will learn how Black inventors have shaped the world we live in. Learning how to better use technology is exciting and useful! We can assist with learning basic computer skills, email, web searching, Microsoft Office Suite basics, navigating apps, using your mobile devices, and getting started on resumes and cover letters. No registration required, but capacity is limited. Ask for assistance at the front desk. Patrons will be assisted in the order they arrive. If you need help right now, be sure to check out Tacoma Public Library's always available online computer learning and assistance resources as well as the free DigitalLearn online courses available from the Public Library Association.
