Sound Bathing    |   Price: $25 per session Dates: May 21st, June 18th, July 23rd, August 20th, and October 8th Using gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, voice, drums, shakers, and chimes, Connie Magee will take you on a sound journey that will relax and de-stress you and bring your whole being back into a state of harmony on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Connie Magee is a multi-modality massage therapist, medicine woman, Yoga Instructor, and meditation teacher. Parking Instructions Park in the EJC Arboretum main parking lots, along University Blvd in our event overflow parking, or in the R5 lot at the top of the hill (Costco side). Wine and Cheese in the Trees featuring Fred German of Fresh Air Farms and the Executive Chef for JMU Dining Services Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 | 5:30pm-7:00pm $35 Registration (Includes 1 drink ticket and hors d'oeuvres) Register Here Join us for a unique and innovative take on our traditional wine and cheese event, Wine and Cheese in the Trees. The evening’s presentation will feature the origin story of German's Fresh Air Farms, a pasture-based small animal farm that focuses on holistic approaches to animal husbandry and artisan food production as well as a brief overview of the Wine and Cheese menu by Chef Fred German. Registration is required. JMU Dining Services will provide delicious hors d'oeuvres that include ingredients derived from locally sourced ingredients with a variety of thirst-quenching beverages, including wine and beer, chosen to compliment the flavors. Fred German, Executive Chef for JMU Dining Services, will be available to chat with guests about how they developed a lovely meal for the event. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and alcoholic beverage options will be available for purchase at our cash bar (registration includes one free beverage ticket upon entry).  Put this event on your calendar today and register before spots fill up!
