NCUJHS Band & Chorus Winter Concert Information  Date: Tuesday, December 9th  Location: NCUJHS Gymnasium  Concert Start Time: 6:30 PM Dear Band and Chorus Families, Weâre excited to invite you to our upcoming NCUJHS Band and Chorus Winter Concert on Tuesday, December 9th at 6:30 PM in the school gymnasium. This performance is the culmination of our studentsâ hard work this fall, and weâre looking forward to sharing their music with you! Arrival Times: Band students should arrive at 6:00 PM to set up and warm up. Chorus students should arrive at 6:10 PM to get organized and prepare for their performance. Please ensure students arrive on time so that we can begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Concert Dress Expectations: We ask that students dress nicely for the concert. Students should follow the NCUJHS school dress code and also keep in mind their performance setting: Chorus students will be standing on risers â please choose clothing and footwear that allow for comfortable standing and movement, and avoid high heels or shoes that may be unstable. Band students will be seated facing the audience â please choose clothing that is comfortable for sitting and performing, and avoid overly short skirts or loose scarves that may interfere with instruments. Nice slacks, khakis, skirts or dresses of appropriate length, collared shirts, sweaters, or blouses are all good options. Thank you for helping your student come prepared and dressed for success.
