Exclusive Meet and Greet with the Artists 10:30AM to 12:30PM Come interact with the creators of Terrakwa: An Investigation of the Erie Canal and Connected Waterways. This unique exhibit encourages visitors to think about how the Erie Canal impacted people in the past and how it will continue to play a role in our communities in the future. Enjoy a tour of our Pan-American Exposition inside the Museum’s State Court.  “Return to the Rainbow City: Buffalo’s Pan-American Exposition,” recounts the story of the fair—its planning, construction, and legacy—and features a variety of Pan-Am artifacts, paintings, and photographs. The display includes nearly 100 Pan-Am keepsakes – from cups and mugs to paperweights and playing cards – that souvenir manufacturers created for the fair. Learn about the exhibits, the shows, and the people that drew 8 million visitors to our city.  Investigate the attractions and turn-of-the-century innovations that still impact Buffalo today. The tour lasts one hour, costs $15 ($6 for members) and includes a souvenir map guide. The tour begins promptly at 11AM. Tickets can be purchased here.

Join us each month on the second Tuesday for our ‘Memory Cafe’ – a free program for people with changes in their memory or thinking and the people who care for them. At each Memory Cafe, participants will view our museum exhibits and artifacts, create arts and crafts and socialize with one another. Each session will be from 11 to 12:30PM and includes lunch and coffee. Please RSVP here

Join us for a Happy Hour History book talk with author George Bozeka. Bozeka, President of the Professional Football Researchers Association, will give a presentation about the PFRA’s new Great Teams Series book, “The 1964 Buffalo Bills: Profiles of the AFL Champions”. Featuring special appearances by 1964 Bills Ed Rutkowski and Booker Edgerson. The book will be available for purchase during the event. A cash bar will also be available.
