We are delighted to welcome back Julian Blechner to program and call an evening for our series. Julian will be joined by the band Joy Factor, which includes Rebecca Rose Weiss and Gianna Marzillii Erickson on twin fiddles & Henry Yoshimura on guitar.   This series is geared to experienced dancers and will feature challenging dances, plus some no walk-throughs and medleys. "Experienced" means: You know how to do a roll away, California twirl, pass through to a wave, contra corners, and basic moves without teaching You know where to be at the start of each dance phrase and how to recover from a lapse You assist your partner and neighbor to the next move You execute flourishes safely and on time without disturbing others You respond to confusion and missteps by others with grace, encouragement and good humor Cost: $12 - $20  sliding scale  More info:  413-772-9832 or [email protected]
