You are invited to join us for breakfast on any upcoming Wednesday morning to our meetings.  This past year Sunrise Rotary has donated to over 35 local charities, help fund 3 International projects to benefit, awarded scholarships to the high school, develop a program for apprentices becoming electricians, purchased turkey dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas needs, worked with Libertyville High School students who are in the Interact Club, offer the community big time entertainment, rang the bell for the Salvation Army, packed food for Feed My Starving Children, support the eradication of Polio in the world, purchased survival tents with Shelter Box, and there are even more activities to list. If you feel like you do not have the time to get involved with a charity, Sunrise Rotary offers you the opportunity to become involved.  You can make new friends and have fun being involved with us. GLMV MCC BINGO & TRIVIA NITE @ Tighthead

  Bingo takes place at Tighthead Brewery, and is a popular joint community event with MCC, Tighthead and GLMV Chamber of Commerce. All adults are welcome to join in the fun! Bingo is held each 4th Monday monthly in the “Party Room” at Tighthead Brewery, 161 N. Archer Street. Check-in begins at 5 pm with Bingo from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. Volunteers from the MCC and GLMV coordinate and run Bingo nights.   The space can accommodate more than 100 players. Our attendance continues to grow. Many bring friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Walk-ins are welcome. Food is provided by various caterers or food trucks. Players can also bring their own munchies or order take-out. Beer and wine are available for purchase. Bingo is restricted to those 18 years and older. Anyone under 18 is not permitted in the Bingo area.   Everyone enjoys the casual, social and low-key atmosphere. To add a bit of extra fun to the night, the GLMV Chamber sponsors rounds of Trivia, with prizes donated by Chamber businesses. Cash prizes are awarded for each round of Bingo and it is not uncommon for us to add an “extra bonus “gift to the cash prize. C’mon and join us! The $5 entry fee includes 2 Bingo Cards. $1 Bingo Cards. We typically play 10-13 games with great prizes, play as many games as you would like. Business sponsorships are available for those seeking additional exposure. Sponsors are typically recognized in the event marketing and at the event. We sincerely thank our many sponsors for their support to help make this community event possible.  Please let us know if your business is interested in sponsorship or would like to volunteer.
