Presented by: Group Lead: Ryan Scritchlow Purpose: The Small Business Owners Resource Group (SBORG) is a confidential, peer-driven forum for small business owners to engage in monthly roundtable discussions. The group provides a platform to share experiences, address common challenges, and gain insights from fellow entrepreneurs. Occasional expert-led sessions offer additional perspectives on pertinent topics. Eligibility Criteria Business Ownership: Must be the owner or co-owner of a small business. Solopreneurs (businesses without employees) are not eligible. Business Size: Employs between 2 and 30 full-time employees (excluding the owner). Meets the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards relevant to their industry. Industry Exclusivity: Only one business per industry is permitted to ensure a diverse range of perspectives and avoid direct competition. Industry classification will be determined based on the primary NAICS code of the business. Chamber Membership: Must be a current member in good standing with the hosting business association. Commitment to Participation: Strongly encouraged to attend at least 8 of the 12 monthly meetings annually. Actively engage in discussions and contribute to a supportive peer environment. Confidentiality and Conduct: Agree to uphold the group's code of conduct, ensuring a respectful, non-judgmental space. Maintain confidentiality of all shared information to foster trust and openness. Contribution to Group Dynamics: Willingness to facilitate discussions or assist in organizing guest speaker sessions periodically. Share relevant experiences and insights to enrich group learning.

The Business Leaders Resource Group (BLRG) is a confidential, peer-driven forum for mid- to senior-level business professionals who lead teams, manage departments and navigate complex organizational challenges. Through monthly roundtable discussions and occasional expert-led sessions, members collaborate to enhance leadership skills, address operational and personnel issues and gain insights to apply within their respective organizations.  Eligibility Criteria Professional Role: Must hold a managerial, director-level, or senior leadership position with direct responsibility for personnel, departmental operations or strategic initiatives. Business owners are not eligible; the group is tailored for professionals operating within organizational structures. Small business owners, we have a group for you. More information on this Resource Group coming soon.  Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing teams or departments is required. Organizational Affiliation: Employed by a member organization of the Chamber in good standing. Commitment to Participation: Strongly suggest attendance at least 9 of the 12 monthly meetings annually. Actively engage in discussions, share experiences, and contribute to a supportive peer environment. What You Get In March our board game concierge will guide you through all of the hare-y (see what we did there) rules in Wonderland’s War! Wonderland’s War is a highly rated game where the Looking Glass has shattered, madness is being drained from the inhabitants, and war has come to Wonderland. Alice, Mad Hatter, Red Queen, Jabberwock, and Cheshire Cat must gather all that they can while playing nice at the Hatter’s Tea Party before going to battle! Some modern board game experience is necessary.  We will have the game setup when you arrive, do a full teach of the rules and answer any questions along the way, but these are much more complex games that will likely be difficult for someone brand new to the hobby. Ticket includes full setup/teach/questions answered for the duration of the game, your game pass for the entire day, one free drink and a button for completing the concierge game!  You should expect any concierge game to take a minimum of 2 hours to complete. More Info One ticket per person. It is always helpful to arrive 10-15 minutes early to park, get your drink/snacks and get settled at your table.  Parking info can be found here. Purpose Statement: Young Professionals Resource Group  The Young Professionals Resource Group (YPRG) is dedicated to fostering a supportive community for early-career professionals who want to enhance their personal and professional growth. Through monthly roundtable discussions, networking opportunities and occasional expert-led sessions, YPRG provides a platform for members to share experiences, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful connections. Our goal is to empower young professionals to navigate workplace challenges, expand their knowledge and contribute positively to their organizations and communities.   Age Range: Must be under the age of 38 at the time of joining the group. Employment Status: Must be currently employed or actively engaged in a professional field within the business community. Entrepreneurs, freelancers, or graduate-level interns with significant career engagement are welcome. Membership Status: Must be an employee of a Chamber member business in good standing with the business association. Professional Intent: Demonstrates a desire to grow professionally and personally through collaborative dialogue and shared experiences. Open to participating in conversations on leadership, career advancement, workplace trends, personal development and civic involvement. Participation Commitment: Strongly recommend that you commit to attending at least 6 of the 12 monthly sessions per calendar year. Expected to actively participate in discussions and uphold a respectful, peer-supportive environment. Role Expectations: Willingness to occasionally facilitate discussions or assist in planning guest speakers or special events if requested by Group Leader.
