Lonnie Walkup teaches her popular Body Basic Yoga class at the Priest River Library! Participants should bring their own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.This class is all about maintaining flexibility and function (no crazy positions or headstands!). The class is open to ages 14+ and all abilities are welcome. The class will meet each Tuesday at 8am with a monthly fee of$30. For questions or more information, contact the library at 208-448-2207.
