About Us
The mission of the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services is to identify and prioritize the needs of the elderly within Westchester County, New York; create comprehensive and coordinated plans for meeting those needs; advocate for responsive policies, programs, actions, legislation and resources on behalf of the elderly; and administer programs under the federal Older Americans Act, the New York State Community Services for the Elderly Act and other federal, state and county funded programs and services for seniors.
