2026 Workforce Survey Partnership   Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce × MRA   In partnership with MRA – The Management Association; the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce is offering four nationally recognized workforce surveys in 2026. These surveys provide businesses with actionable data to support compensation planning, recruitment, retention, and long-term workforce strategy.   After paying for your participation, you will be sent a link directly from MRA to complete the survey. Survey results will be released in mid-May. The 2026 Industrial Production & Trades Survey provides insights on 220+ roles, including assembly, welding, shipping, transportation, and more. Questionnaire Available: March 3, 2026 Survey Deadline: April 10, 2026 Report Published: July 2026 Cost to Participate: $195 Full report valued at $1,199 This year, the survey covers over 320 jobs spanning over 20 job families, including: Assembly Finishing Facilities Manufacturing Automation Shipping/Receiving Transportation Welding ...and more! The data is collected for all U.S. Markets, with the final report containing five state sections (Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin) plus an overall section.   With local, employer-matched, employer-reported pay data, you can be confident that your organization is making vital pay decisions based on solid, high-quality data that reflects the market in which you do business. The more organizations that participate, the more reliable and representative the results!   All data is kept confidential in accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission Anti-Trust Safety Guidelines. If you are the professional responsible for your businesses sales and marketing programs and results, then the Chamber Sales  and Marketing Professionals Roundtable is for you.  If you are like most, you face challenges every day, but if you don't have someone to turn to for guidance, you have to take risks and make decisions, perhaps in isolation.   Your challenge might be sales oriented, marketing oriented, business oriented or personal.  Working with your peers from another organization can provide you with new ideas and new solutions.  The Sales and Marketing Professionals Roundtable will enable you to brainstorm on compensation plans, marketing strategies, successful social media campaigns or whatever the group identifies as the "urgent and important topic of the day."     Why does the Peer-to-Peer approach work?  The structure ensures a balanced discussion, promotes constructive idea exchange and is based on experience, not advice.   Bring your own lunch and experience the Sales and Marketing Professionals Roundtable for yourself from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at  Sheboygan County Chamber.
