The Business Owner roundtable is for owners, presidents and local senior managers of businesses.  Typical attendees represent businesses, both for profit and nonprofit, with 100 or fewer employees.  There may be no one else in your organization for discussion of sensitive topics.  The Business Owner roundtable enables you to meet with peers who may have experienced similar situations or simply have empathetic words of advice for you to consider.  This is a judgment free zone.

The Business Owner roundtable meets on the 2nd Monday of even numbered months [FEB/APR/JUN/AUG/OCT/DEC] at Sheboygan County Chamber in either the large or Small Conference Room. Virtual participation is an option. Either way, registration is mandator

A peer-to-peer roundtable specifically for HR Managers and open to members of Sheboygan County Chamber and members of Sheboygan Area SHRM.  Here is a testimonial from a Chamber member HR Manager, "Each HR roundtable discussion is highly impacted by issues that are urgent and/or important to that month?s attendees.  John ensures each person has a chance to propose a topic and offer others their ideas and solutions.  The topics vary from benefits to difficult employee situations and John keeps the conversation on point.  He's ready and able to address any and every topic thrown his way.  In my experience John's value is knowing and working the roundtable process, while knowing when and how to flex its structure.  I've gotten a lot of information and ideas from these roundtables and look forward to attending future HR roundtables.  Every year it seems that HR Managers are faced with new programs and regulations.  How is the new year unfolding for you?  Are you swamped and need to vent?  Do you need ideas on how to tackle a few challenges? The halls of the picturesque inn will be decorated in the spirit of the holidays, showcasing how the Wade family and their many visitors would have celebrated a classic 19th-century Yankee and German-influenced Christmas. Enjoy classic holiday treats, crafts, live music and a reading of “The Night Before Christmas” at the beautiful Stagecoach Inn, visit the Blacksmith Shop and watch as a talented artisan forges special holiday ornaments. Next, head to a charming white cottage beautifully decorated with fresh boughs and ribbons and, as an additional purchase, snap a festive holiday picture. Father Christmas, straight out of the Victorian era, will await guests in a 19th-century green sleigh with red runners ready to welcome families. The $7 photo experience can be purchased on-site. After, festivities continue in the Wade House Visitor Center and Wesley W.
