Location: Muskego Circle Community Center, S63 W13694 Janesville Rd, Muskego Date/Time: Thursday, November 12 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. (Setup is at 4:30 p.m.; Cleanup until 8 p.m.) Vendor Setup: Begins at 4:30 p.m. Food/Beverage: The WBC Steering Committee will plan the catering of the food and beverages. Vendor Price: $10 to help cover cost of food; registering as a vendor automatically adds you as an attendee. Please do not register a second time. Promoting the Event: We hope each of you will encourage another Chamber member to attend. You may also invite a non-member who might be interested in joining the Chamber and WBC. Door Prize Donation: Vendors are encouraged to donate an item toward our door prizes (small baskets, individual products, a gift certificate). Attendee Details: The event is open to all Chamber members and guests. Price to attend is $5 per person (the Chamber's partner sponsors are free). We hope to have 40-50 attendees. Scholarship Raffle: We will sell raffle tickets to help fund our annual Student Business World Summer Camp Scholarships. Vendors are encouraged to add an item of value to the raffle basket. Vendor Displays:  Only current WBC members may register as a vendor. Each will have 2-3 minutes to mention her business service/product to the attendees.  Vendors may bring samples, swag, or merch as giveaways. No alcohol may be tasted, served, or sold. This is NOT a sales event; however, vendors are welcome to distribute marketing materials and have product on hand. If a customer wishes to purchase, we prefer it happen at a different time than this event. Each vendor will have a display area on a 6-foot table. If you only need half a table, please let us know so we can use space wisely. ​Deadline to register as a vendor is November 10. Assist in obtaining event sponsors and promoting the event to businesses and/or community. Volunteer in the planning, setup/clean up, and activities of the Chamber's events. Current annual events handled by this committee include the Awards Gala & Fundraiser (March), Jammin' in the Park (June), DandiLion Daze Parade (August), and Golf Outing (September). Our board consists of small business owners, local business managers, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about making the communities we serve (Muskego, Big Bend, Town of Norway, and Wind Lake) prosperous, vibrant, and a destination for work, home, and play. During the first quarter of the year, Chamber members elect Board members for the upcoming term of April 1 through March 31. The Women's Business Connections (WBC) Steering Committee are volunteer female Chamber members who help organize and run activities and events for the Women's Business Connection group. Muskego Chamber's Women's Business Connections (WBC) is an extension group of our Chamber providing networking, support, and educational opportunities to female business members. Note: To participate in WBC, one must be a female Chamber member. There is an additional $50 annual fee that helps fund the WBC activities and events.
