You already know that implementing repeatable processes will be important, but you don’t want to turn it into a soul-less corporate machine in the process. You will need a solid foundation that can support the growth. And you’ll need the right people, united around a common vision and passion. But how do you actually build all of that? That is what we are here to discuss and learn from the coaches and other leaders in the room. You will walk out of this session with a foundational road map, a couple of tools that you can put into practice right away, and confidence that you can take the next step in your journey of growth.

Join United Way of Pierce County for an evening with neighbors, friends, volunteers, community partners, and people who simply want to do something good together.   When school lets out, many children lose access to the meals and snacks they count on during the year. For ALICE families already stretched thin, summer can make the grocery budget even harder to manage.   That’s where we come in.   At Sip, Serve & Celebrate, we’ll gather as a community to pack 4,000 snack packs for kids and families who could use extra support this summer. And with additional support, we can pack even more.   Whether you’ve given, volunteered, received support, partnered with us, or simply cheered us on, we’d love to have you in the room. Bring a friend, bring your team, or come solo. We’ll have everything ready. We just need your hands and your heart.   Come sip, serve, and help make summer a little lighter for families across Pierce County.
