Join us June 17th for a special SnoValley Regional Chamber Luncheon at the beautiful Salish Lodge & Spa as we celebrate their 110th anniversary and the incredible role they continue to play in the Snoqualmie Valley. Salish always creates an exceptional experience for our members, and this luncheon is a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and enjoy one of our region?s most treasured venues.   This month, we are bringing together two outstanding speakers for a conversation about the power of outdoor recreation and its growing impact on our local economy. Group fun run - all levels trail. These runs are designed to satisfy all: the beginner who wants to discover what the buzz about trail running is, the competitive runner who wants to get a few more miles in for that week, and the seasoned ultra-runner who just loves hill repeats! Every week we meet along the I-90 corridor for a 4-mile, +/- 1,000' of vertical trail run which can be completed easily in approximately an hour. We then spend a few minutes refueling, enjoying hot tea or coffee and fellowship.

Every week a different location along the I-90 corridor, between exits 27 and Snoqualmie Pass.

Students will engage in hands-on exploration of nature that can include bugs, plants, animals, textures, light, and seasonal changes. All participants will receive a Nature Observation Card, Field Prompt Card and Beginner Photography Tip Sheet. Skill Level/Age Range:  Beginner / Ages 8-11 Student Instructions:  Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.  Dress for Northwest weather (layers or rain gear).  Bring your cellphone (or camera) and a water bottle. This in-depth course offers hands-on practice with essential mosaic techniques and tools while providing a rewarding and creative experience. Day 1 (June 26): Begin by preparing the substrate for your gazing ball, planning your design, and practicing your mosaic skills on a tile. This practice piece will help you build confidence and refine your technique as well as providing a grouting practice piece. Days 2 (June 27): Focus on completing the mosaic design on your gazing ball.  By the end of Day 2, you’ll grout your garden tile and receive supplies and guidance for grouting the gazing ball at home.
