GREAT CAREERS 2026 The Great Careers event connects local businesses with motivated high school students in grades 9–12 who are actively exploring career paths that begin with certifications and two-year degrees. This event offers employers a unique opportunity to build early awareness of their industry, showcase career pathways, and inspire the next generation of skilled talent. Hosted at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, the event includes campus tours and a high-energy career expo where businesses can engage directly with students, educators, and community partners. Participating organizations gain visibility, strengthen their future workforce pipeline, and demonstrate their commitment to workforce development and the local community. The deadline to register is February 13th, but space is limited and there are only a couple of spots per industry so please register as soon as possible.
