Join the Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging for Walk With Ease, a free 6-week walking program designed to help adults age 60+ stay active, improve mobility, and support overall health. Backed by the Arthritis Foundation, this guided program helps participants build strength, balance, and confidence while walking at a comfortable pace in a supportive group setting. Classes begin Monday, May 4 and meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00?11:00 AM at St. Raphael?s Parish Hall, 21 East Main Street, Poultney, VT. A short orientation session will be held April 29 at 10:00 AM at Poultney Young at Heart for those interested in learning more about the program. This class is free and open to adults age 60 and older. To register, call Poultney Young at Heart at 802-287-9200.
