In this powerful and interactive session, Seantae Jackson – public speaker, nonprofit founder and medical trauma survivor – explores how women can transform their careers and communities through intentional cycles of giving and receiving. Seantae shares her personal story of rebuilding life after a devastating car accident, and how asking for support – not just giving it – led to the creation of a thriving organization, a new public speaking business and a deeply connected network. Using storytelling, research and real-life applications, this presentation engages women to shift away from burnout culture and toward sustainable, community-driven success.
