Log in, go to My Registrations, click Team Evaluation, start your renewal, click Schedule an Evaluation. Click Sign up. Click Handler. Click Evaluations. Click Location and scroll down to Utah.  Sign up for the date you set with Brittany.  If you have trouble signing up, please call Pet Partners Customer Service at 425-679-5530, email them at [email protected]; or contact them using the "Contact us" link on their website. They no longer take live calls, but they will call you back if you leave a message.
