The Family Crisis Center’s Adopt-a-Family program will be in full swing until Dec. 12! Make Christmas brighter for abused women, men and children by adopting a family and delivering unwrapped gifts and wrapping supplies to the Lufkin administrative office by Dec. 11. There are still families waiting to be adopted. Adopting a family is a great way for businesses and organizations to give back to the community as a group during the holidays. Donations of unexpired, non-perishable foods are also greatly appreciated at this time. Email Mallory Harris, Marketing & Communications Coordinator at [email protected] to be matched with a family. If unable to adopt an entire family, we are still able to accept single unopened items such as toy trucks, dinosaurs, Legos, dolls, Barbies, plush toys, Play-Doh, small backpacks, soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, makeup, body spray, nail polish, art supplies, XL hoodies, flashlights, towels, candles, blankets, gloves, silverware and purses.

CASA is excited to bring the 27th Annual Christmas Home Tour to the community! Join us and be a part of this wonderful, holiday tradition! The come and go tour begins at 3:00 pm and concludes at 7:30 pm. Participants should allow approximately 2 hours for the entire tour. Corporate and individual sponsorships are still available. Not only will there be beautiful decorations, but there will be a photo opportunity, and delicious holiday treats provided once again by the premier catering company, Texas Custom Catering. Your online ticket purchase(s) is proof of your ticket purchase(s). You will pick up your hard copy ticket(s) at the first home location of your choice. For the tour please bring a printed copy or copy on your phone, (screenshot or email confirmation), with your identification. The hard copy ticket includes on the back side the CASA Passport, six coupons that are a passport to snacks, deals and much more. Therefore, you will want to have the hard copy ticket to capture these opportunities. The names and addresses of the homes on the tour are listed and more detailed directions are available. Homes may be toured in any order. Hard copy tickets are also available for purchase at the CASA office and other locations. All proceeds go to benefit CASA of the Pines.
