We are pleased to announce that HISD, along with the Hamilton Rural Health Clinic, will be hosting an Employee flu shot clinic on Thursday, October 5th from 7:30 am-12 pm in the administration conference room. Vaccination is voluntary and all employees, regardless of insurance status, are eligible to receive a vaccine. Insured children of employees may also register to receive a flu vaccine. Due to recent changes in vaccine administration requirements children that are not insured, or are covered by state programs, must have their vaccine administered at the Rural Health Clinic. Children covered by commercial insurance must have a parent or guardian present at the time of vaccination, as well as present a valid insurance card. Each adult receiving a vaccine must arrive with a valid ID, and valid insurance card.
