Join us for a group that explores genealogical research through discussion of articles published in the TxSGS Journal Stirpes. This group is for anyone interested in learning more about genealogical research and the historical context of their family history. The focus article for this month's discussion is Researching the Slave Ancestry of my African American Cousins by Duane Helweg, published June 2018, pages 33-41. When you register you will receive an email with a link to access the focus article, the discussion questions, and a list of resources. Registration will open on Friday, February 13 and will close Thursday, February 26 at noon.
