This fun, low-impact circuit class is designed specifically for adults who want to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health—all in a supportive and upbeat environment. Each class will be different, after all you don't want to get bored, now do you. In my classes, I combine simple, effective exercises using resistance bands, light weights, steps, chairs, and bodyweight movements. You’ll move at your own pace through a variety of exercises, with modifications available for all fitness levels. All fitness levels are welcome. Come and build confidence, mobility, and balance.
