Agenda Minutes  Board of Director’s Meeting Wednesday, August 19, 2026 8:00 am – 8:30 am Chamber Conference Room or Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81810355647 The Board of Directors represent the business and professional leadership in the community. The board consists of 16 voting members that are each eligible to serve two three-year terms. In addition, the CVB Board President-Elect and a Board Member of the Aberdeen Development Corporation serve one-year terms.   Serving as non-voting members, or ex-officios, to the Board of Directors are representatives from the Aberdeen Downtown Association, the Aberdeen Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Aberdeen Development Corporation.

Aberdeen will welcome back its college students and new Aberdeen residents at the Community Block Party. The event, which is free and open to all college students, will also include drawings for gift cards and prizes. Participants can learn more about what Aberdeen has to offer, from restaurants, entertainment, products and services, churches and so much more! Cost for businesses to participate is only $50.00 plus a $10-$15 giveaway. Businesses are provided with one 10' x 10" space on the Malchow Plaza or on Main Street and are asked to bring their own table, chairs, tents as well as approximately  200-300 giveaways. Reserve your spot by registering here or by calling the Chamber at 225-2860.  Please let us know if you have any special requests.
