About Us
The West End Civic Association was founded in 1947 by a passionate group of families located in the Rebel Hill neighborhood of Gulph Mills, PA. We are a Non-profit community organization with 501(c)(3) status. We have a long history of serving the community and providing a variety of programs that meet the needs of the surrounding area. Rebel Hill is home to a diverse community of all ages and nationalities, centered by a building that serves as a meeting place and unifier for all its residents. The building is a historical landmark. It is our goal to continue to improve the functionality of the building as we fulfill our mission to “Enrich the lives of the community and its children thru activities and giving to other non-profit organizations”.
