The conversation will be anchored by Keynote Speaker Nathan Reigner of the Office of Outdoor Recreation, who will share insights on how recreation access and outdoor assets contribute to community well-being, economic vitality, and interconnected infrastructure planning. Following the keynote, a panel of York County’s elected officials including Senator Dawn Keefer & Representative Joe D'Orsie will discuss policy priorities in Harrisburg, proposed legislation, and how coordinated solutions can strengthen quality of place for residents, families, and businesses.
