Committee meetings begin at 6 p.m. There are three Committees held one after another (Instruction and Student Services Committee, Personnel and Policy Committee; and Finance and Operations Committee). The Committee of the Whole meeting will typically begin immediately following the last Committee meeting for the evening if needed.         All individuals wishing to participate in an open Board meeting must complete and submit a speaker's form to the Board President or Secretary prior to speaking at the meeting. Participants must be recognized by the presiding officer and must preface their comments by an announcement of their name. Each statement made by a participant shall be limited to three (3) minutes in duration. To access the policy regarding public participation in Board meetings, visit the District's website, Policy 903.       The MTSD School Board meetings are held in person at the Millcreek Education Center, 3740 West 26th Street, and are also available to view on Youtube Live-Stream. Agendas & Meeting Minutes, and School Board Policies are available through BoardDocs. The Committee of the Whole Meetings are typically held on the second Monday of every month as needed. The Regular School Board Meeting is typically held on the fourth Monday of every month.
