Our practice is based on Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga. Multi-level gentle yoga flows are designed to stretch and strengthen our bodies and offer relaxation for our minds. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and a smile for our practice together.Balancing Dragon Yoga was born out of a profound appreciation and love of yoga. I created this practice to invite and encourage others to join in the acceptance of themselves through yoga.My yoga journey started by learning that there is a HUGE difference between being selfish/self-centered and making time for self-love/self-care. The idea of filling my “cup” first DID make more room, more energy to fill my family’s cups. Balancing Dragon Yoga is a space for anyone to come to and enjoy yoga. My training through YogaFit has provided me with the tools to teach and encourage you on your journey.
