*Participants must have completed all LEVEL I requirements to participate in LEVEL II training. Participants will participate in a review session of program components. Participants will receive in-depth instruction in de-escalation techniques and discuss “real time” scenarios. Participants will participate in ESPI instruction that begins with single person interventions to multi-person interventions. Participants will be instructed on seated and floor techniques. **Participants must complete the LEVEL II written exam & complete a physical skill out that is based on transport skills, single and multi-person, seated, and floor techniques. ***Participants must not only complete these components but also be proficient with the technologies (ESPIs) to be certified.   To receive Act 48 credit, you must complete the survey within two-weeks of the PD.    Survey Link:  https://forms.gle/JjZUGMw1HoDgtQsE9
