This program is supported, in part, by a grant from the Washington State Arts Commission. “Come See Me in the Good Light” is a poignant and unexpectedly funny love story about poets Andrea Gibson and Megan Falley facing an incurable cancer diagnosis with joy, wit and an unshakable partnership. Gesa Power House Theatre welcomes the 26th Anniversary American Tour of International Guitar Night to the stage on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 7 p.m. This programming is supported in part by ArtsWA. This project is also supported in part by Creative West which receives support in part from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. International Guitar Night (IGN) returns with a dynamic lineup featuring Vietnamese classical guitarist Thul Le , rock/flamenco/classical powerhouse Lucas Imbiriba (Brazil), innovative fingerstyle guitarist Alexandr Misko (Russia), and, for the first time, ukulele master Taimane (Hawaii). Lucas Imbiriba blends flamenco fire, Latin rhythms, classical melodies, and rock energy into breathtaking performances. A former multiple classical competition winner, he later embraced rock and viral acoustic arrangements, earning millions of views and a worldwide following. Alexandr Misko is a modern fingerstyle innovator whose percussive techniques and viral videos have captivated audiences. With six albums and performances from Carnegie Hall to major festivals, he continues to push guitar boundaries with his custom-built instruments. Thul Le is a celebrated Vietnamese guitarist whose performances combine exceptional technical command with lyrical expression. A graduate of prestigious European conservatories, she bridges Eastern and Western traditions through a distinctive voice on the classical guitar, earning acclaim on international stages. On Saturday, January 31, at 5:30 PM, Gesa Power House Theatre will host the third annual February Film Feast (or ALMOST February!). Gesa Power House Theatre proudly partners with Visit Walla Walla, Walla Walla Movie Crush, and Walla Walla Community College Culinary Arts to celebrate February Restaurant Month with a night of culinary celebration. Local farmers and purveyors will be joining us to share our region’s bountiful goods and enjoy films showcasing the culinary arts. Join us at 5:30 PM for mingling and feasting on locally sourced culinary delights. After enjoying some hearty appetizers, sip local wines and nibble on delicious snacks while enjoying a 7 PM short film festival (food-themed, of course) curated by our Director of Film Programming Warren Etheredge. Get ready to laugh the night away as Gesa Power House Theatre welcomes Andrew Sleighter and Tyler Boeh to the stage on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 7 p.m. for an evening of incredible comedy and fun. Andrew Sleighter started in comedy looking for the perfect funny line to open a biography. Since then, Andrew’s laid-back style and clever writing has won him appreciation from fans and respect from his peers. Andrew performed on Last Comic Standing, recorded a comedy special for Dry Bar and made his late-night stand-up debut on Conan. He’s also written and performed sketch comedy for Comedy Central and wrote and blogged for the Sports Show with Norm Macdonald on Comedy Central. Most recently Andrew appeared on the Late Late Show with James Corden.A regular at colleges and comedy clubs across the country, Andrew’s also performed at some of the most prestigious comedy festivals in and out of the country including Bumbershoot, Bridgetown, Gilda’s Laugh Fest, The Aspen Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull, and the Johnny Carson Great American Comedy Festival. Andrew’s comedy has the ability to reach wide ranges of audiences and works in a diversity of rooms. Reliable and consistent, he rarely ends a show by lighting the stage on fire out of rage. Most importantly, he’s constantly fascinated by and eager to keep learning about stand-up. How do you go from being a nationally recognized vocal percussionist in a college acapella group to a nationally touring headlining comedian? Ask Tyler Boeh, a comedian whose comedy has been described as high-energy, intelligent, physical, and silly. His quick wit and award winning “beat-boxing” talent bring audiences to hysterical heights. Tyler started his stand-up career in his hometown of Portland, OR, but after placing in the finals of comedy competitions in Seattle, San Francisco, Boston, and at the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, Tyler made his way to Los Angeles. Within a year of his move to Hollywood he had established himself at the top comedy clubs, completed work on two television pilots, and Tyler’s debut comedy album, “Carpool Companion” was chosen as LaughSpin Magazine’s album of the year when it was released in 2012. In 2015, Tyler held his own with Craig Fergusson on his new show, “Celebrity Name Game”, was featured in numerous BuzzFeed videos, and appeared in 3 episodes of “Laughs on Fox”. 2016 culminated with a college tour that took him to nearly 40 campuses across the country and a return visit to showcase for the third season of “Laughs” on Fox. In 2018, Tyler released his second album, “Full Circle”, which was selected in January as the SiruisXM 98 artist of the month and debuted at #2 on the Billboard Comedy Charts. Also in 2018, he released his Dry Bar Comedy special “Wait For It”, which has already received over 10 million views online. In 2023, Tyler returned to Dry Bar to film his second special titled “Upgraded”, which was released across multiple platforms in February of 2024. In 2025 in addition to his regular touring and headlining dates, Tyler has been a regular opening act for Leanne Morgan on her nationwide “Just Getting Started” tour. Tyler continues to perform across the country at comedy clubs, colleges, cruise ships, and theaters bringing his incredible brand of humor wherever he goes. Meanwhile, his friend Algy adopts a similar facade. Hoping to impress two eligible ladies, the gentlemen find themselves caught in a web of lies they must carefully navigate. Gesa Power House Theatre proudly presents HOLDING LIAT on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7PM. In the weeks unfolding after Liat is kidnapped, her father resists efforts to use her captivity to justify escalating violence in Gaza, exposing political and emotional rifts within his family as they struggle to find a way to bring her home. On the morning of October 7, 2023, Israeli-American Liat Atzili and her husband Aviv were at home when Hamas attacked their kibbutz. By nightfall, Liat and Aviv are captives in Gaza along with 250 other people – 12 of whom, like Liat, are American citizens.Caught between international diplomacy and a rapidly escalating war, their family must face their own uncertainty and conflicting perspectives in the pursuit of Liat and Aviv’s release. This agonizing process, and the ultimate fate of their loved ones, challenges how the members of the family understand themselves and their place in the conflict.Through the intimate lens of a family’s experience, HOLDING LIAT poses complex questions of identity across generations, as the family is thrust into the epicenter of a global conflict rapidly unfolding in real-time.

December 1, 1955 in Montgomery, AL: Rosa Parks refuses to give up her seat to a white man on a city bus. this action inspires the black citizens of Montgomery to abandon all travel on city busses until they are no longer forced to stand when a white person boards. There were more who came before, brave visionaries who laid the groundwork for this pivotal moment. Tired Souls introduces audiences to fellow heroes and heroines including Jo Ann Robinson, Claudette Colvin and others instrumental in the Civil Rights Movement who changed the course of U.S. history. About Mike Wiley: Acclaimed actor and playwright Mike Wiley has spent the last decade fulfilling his mission to bring educational theatre to young audiences and communities across the country. In the early days of his career, Wiley found few theatrical resources to shine a light on key events and figures in African-American history. To bring these stories to life, he started his own production company. Through his performances, Wiley has introduced countless students and communities to the legacies of Emmett Till, Henry “Box” Brown and more.
