CFPA partners with the Meals on Wheels People to provide hot nutritious meals  Hot meals coupled with opportunity for other activities and entertainment onsite. Diners have a choice of a daily entrée, as well as fresh salads and desserts. Meals are available to anyone age 60 and older. The menu is available at The Center here at The Community for Positive Aging. The cost of each meal is $9.05; diners are asked to contribute what they can afford. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Come enjoy the game of ping pong on Fridays from 2:00-4:00pm. Each table will have a time limit of 15 minutes to ensure everyone can enjoy at least one match.  Come for a regular game of ping pong or alternatively join in on Chi Pong with Ric which integrates Tai-Chi along with Table Tennis. Ric Mancuso had established Chi-Pong to overcome his own challenges coming back from traumatic injuries. “Tai-Chi saved my life,” and putting it together with my professional experience with Table Tennis (Ping-Pong) was the glue that inspired me to help others. Ric will perform, one on one, instruction to class members enhancing their journey to achieving better, Health, Happiness and having Fun in their lives. This is an open game time and individuals should self regulate game play with other participants.

CFPA partners with the Meals on Wheels People to provide hot nutritious meals  Hot meals coupled with opportunity for other activities and entertainment onsite. Diners have a choice of a daily entrée, as well as fresh salads and desserts. Meals are available to anyone age 60 and older. The menu is available at The Center here at The Community for Positive Aging. The cost of each meal is $9.05; diners are asked to contribute what they can afford. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
