The Ambassadors holiday party will be at Heidi's of Gresham!  The meeting will start at 7:00am to accomodate breakfast and a gift exchange!  As Ambassadors, we welcome and serve as an informational outlet for members and guests.  We help chamber events run smoothly through volunteering and supporting staff. This committee of active Chamber members coordinate events such as: Grand Openings, Ribbon Cuttings, Groundbreakings and Friday AM meetings. In addition, Ambassadors welcome dignitaries and represent the Chamber at community events, forums and showcases.

Leadership Gresham is a community focused leadership program that develops civic-minded leaders in our area. This initiative of the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce provides opportunities for participants to broaden their knowledge and awareness of the community alongside leaders from private, nonprofit, and public sectors. Designed for current and emerging leaders, the monthly day-long sessions will expand each participant’s scope of understanding regarding issues and systems that impact the Gresham area.

Leadership Gresham monthly sessions are open to admitted participants only.

The Art of Bonsai

Explore the art of growing and creating Bonsai displays. Connect with nature and experience the stress-relieving benefits of this hobby. The workshop is 2 hours and a project is completed each month to take home. Each class is a different project.

This class takes place in the Kyoudou Center. Maximum participation is 15.

Sponsored by Gresham Ford, the Try Local First events are for all of us to experience our wonderful local businesses and services so we will spend our money in our local economy *first*.  Kick off the holiday shopping season by shopping LOCAL! !  Pick up a BINGO card, shop at local stores to complete 5 in a row, then turn in the completed card for a change to win a fun prize from the Chamber!  This is a fun "on your honor" game to encourage supporting your local businesses.  BINGO cards will be available at the November 21st Friday AM or at the Chamber office, electronic versions are available to print at home. Completed BINGO cards can be returned in person at a Friday AM, at the Chamber office or by scan/email. Remember to include your contact information on the back!  TRY LOCAL BINGO will run from November 25th through December 19th.  Winners will be announced on December 23rd!  Ask a Chamber rep for more details....
