Winning photos will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report.  Categories: K-12 Amateur Professional Prizes: The first-place winner will receive $200 The second-place winner will receive $100 Winning photos will be featured in the City of Grants Pass 2025 Water Quality Report Rules: Submit an original photo that demonstrates our theme of ?What Water Means to Me." Photos must be submitted in a digital format suitable for reproduction. Submitted photographs must be from one frame captured by a camera (DSLR, point-and-shoot, smartphone, etc.) and not be a composite of several images layered together. Images created by AI (artificial intelligence) are not allowed. The agreement form must accompany each entry. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and theme relevance. Entries become the property of the City of Grants Pass. The judges? decision is final. The winning photos will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report, on social media, in promotional activities, and recognized during a City Council meeting. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO THE 2025 GRANTS PASS CHRISTMAS PARADE~ December 13th at 6:00pm. Theme- Miracle on 6th Street View this holiday event from 6th/C street to 6th/L St downtown in Grants Pass. You will need to park on the outside of 7th and 4th streets as roads will be blocked off. Come enjoy the sights and sounds of the parade with us! We'll have floats, marching bands, and plenty of candy to go around. Don't miss out on this amazing event. The Christmas Parade has became a huge event in Grants Pass becoming close to the size of Boatnik parade. Safety is very important, and we ask all the parents to make sure their kids are on the sidewalks once parade has started. Participants walking in parade will have candy. No candy will be thrown from vehicles. SIGN UP TO BE IN PARADE- Great way to advertise your business! Sign up as a family, group, organization, club, or by yourself. Off road vehicles are allowed. You can pass out goodies, Business card etc. (you must have walkers with your float as there is no throwing candy from vehicles.     The City of Grants Pass invites you to enter our 2025 Water Quality Report photo contest. Amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to enter. Winning photos will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report.  Categories: K-12 Amateur Professional Prizes: The first-place winner will receive $200 The second-place winner will receive $100 Winning photos will be featured in the City of Grants Pass 2025 Water Quality Report Rules: Submit an original photo that demonstrates our theme of ?What Water Means to Me." Photos must be submitted in a digital format suitable for reproduction. Submitted photographs must be from one frame captured by a camera (DSLR, point-and-shoot, smartphone, etc.) and not be a composite of several images layered together. Images created by AI (artificial intelligence) are not allowed. The agreement form must accompany each entry. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and theme relevance. Entries become the property of the City of Grants Pass. The judges? decision is final. The winning photos will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report, on social media, in promotional activities, and recognized during a City Council meeting. Looking for a new hobby?  Come and learn to round dance on Mondays with Rikki's Rounds!!  Round dancing is choreographed and cued ballroom dancing. We dance most everything - from Cha to Waltz.  The difference between free-style ballroom dancing and round dancing is that each round dance is choreographed ahead of time and the cuer prompts ("cues") the steps to the music.  There are thousands of dances that have been choreographed.  Our classes teach the figures for each rhythm and you are constantly learning and progressing!!     The City of Grants Pass invites you to enter our 2025 Water Quality Report photo contest. Amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to enter. Winning photos will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report.  Categories: K-12 Amateur Professional Prizes: The first-place winner will receive $200 The second-place winner will receive $100 Winning photos will be featured in the City of Grants Pass 2025 Water Quality Report Rules: Submit an original photo that demonstrates our theme of ?What Water Means to Me." Photos must be submitted in a digital format suitable for reproduction. Submitted photographs must be from one frame captured by a camera (DSLR, point-and-shoot, smartphone, etc.) and not be a composite of several images layered together. Images created by AI (artificial intelligence) are not allowed. The agreement form must accompany each entry. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and theme relevance. Entries become the property of the City of Grants Pass. The judges? decision is final. The winning photos will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report, on social media, in promotional activities, and recognized during a City Council meeting. Photos must be taken in Southern Oregon, specifically the following counties: Curry, Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath. Terms and Conditions:  Employees of the City of Grants Pass and their family members are encouraged to submit photos but are not eligible for prizes. Winners will be notified via email by January 9, 2026. The first-place winning entry will be featured in the 2025 Water Quality Report, on social media, through promotional activities, and recognized during a City Council meeting.  Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable.
