As a public Vaccine Access Provider (VAP) we offer a weekly immunization clinics in Redmond and Bend, committed to increasing vaccination rates and decreasing disparities in immunization coverage.  When: Weekly on WednesdaysTime: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – WALK-IN’S NOT ACCEPTEDLocation:  236 NW Kingwood Ave., Redmond, OR 97756Available Services: Individuals eligible to receive free or low-cost vaccine from a VAP provider include:People under the age of 19 who are eligible for Vaccines for Children (VFC) program*Any uninsured adult who meets 317 program requirementsInsured children or adults covered by private insurance or Medicaid/MedicareNOTE: We do not offer travel vaccines.Telephone, video, or in-person interpretation services available. We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), private insurance, and offer sliding scale payments. Household hazardous waste is accepted for free at the Hazardous Waste Facility located at Knott Landfill in Bend.Business-generated hazardous waste is accepted on this day by appointment ONLY.  Businesses must pre-register with the hazardous waste contractor by completing the Waste Collection Event Application on the Hazardous Waste page to participate. Fees are charged based on the type and amount of waste accepted.
