Have a dream to be a homeowner but don't know where to start? In this class, participants will learn how to employ a "Smart" buying process for large purchases and leave with a better understanding of the terms associated with buying a car or home. Participants will get the Financial Beginnings Spending Level 2 workbook. Ages 17 & up. Registration required. ABOUT THE SERIES: It can be difficult to find sound, objective information about basic personal finances. Partnering with Financial Beginnings Oregon, the library will present an educational series about consumer finances. Participants will gain actionable skills and tools to help them reach their goals and take control of their financial futures.
