The bleachers will need to be pulled up. Fans will need restroom access. The group needs access to both Large Gym and Small Gyms. They also need one row of chairs for spectators in the small gym.

Fairfield Families PTO Meeting. We just need the front doors unlocked for people to get into the building for the meeting. Meeting is at 7pm. PTO will start to come for 6:30 to get things ready for the meeting. People will start to show about 6:45-7pm for the meeting.

We need the main gym as well and both sides of the gym bleachers pulled out. We also will need the main gyms speaker/microphones with the scoring table out.
