Black and Foundation Galleries Nonmember: $5.00, Member: Free Weaving is an ancient process, ripe with mythology and metaphors. It is a slow art, requiring an investment of labor and time that seems antithetical to contemporary culture. And yet weaving like computing, is a binary process. In fact, the alternating raising and lowering of threads on the loom is said to be an inspiration for the development of the personal computer. Weaving is based on connection, as threads from two perpendicular systems intersect through selective, sequential order. The resultant web of embodied threads assumes meaning through color, pattern, image, and physicality.

Taking part is easy â just register before your first ever parkrun. The great thing is that you only ever need to do this once! When you register, you will receive a unique barcode that is used to track your participation and your times at all runs. Donât forget to bring it with you to each event! Mansfield OH parkrun is a FREE weekly 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8:00am (May through September) and 9:00am (October through April) at North Lake Park in Mansfield.  It is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be (you can even walk if you want!), whether thatâs for fun or as part of a training plan. Taking part is easy â just register before your first ever parkrun. The great thing is that you only ever need to do this once! When you register, you will receive a unique barcode that is used to track your participation and your times at all runs. Donât forget to bring it with you to each event! So whether you are a complete novice looking to get yourself started on your own ârunning journeyâ or a seasoned athlete wanting to use this as a part of your training schedule, youâre welcome to come along and join us.
