Students will paint and assemble bird houses and plan more animal interviews at school. Students are researching native birds that might use the birdhouses, food they eat, and designs and colors that may be attractive to the birds. The animal interview students (2 groups of 5) are researching animal facts about the 3-5 animals they would like to interview as well as preparing scripts for the interviews.

Team building days of 4-5 people at a time until about 20 employees have served one day at the Ranch. "I have an awesome group of people who have varying skill sets. My goal is to put Teammates together that work in different parts of the marina, to have a team building experience. As well as to offer my Team a different experience that takes the monotony out of the workplace, while doing something to benefit the community. Also, our busier days tend to be Mondays and Fridays, if possible mid-week would work best for us, but I can work around that if necessary. The dates do not need to be consecutive; it would probably work better for my scheduling purposes to spread the days out a little. The marina is open 7 days a week year-round, that is why I need to send a few at a time, I still need people here."
