Ukululele Basics Series - $15 ?? Playing the ukulele is more than just making music—it’s a gentle way to care for your whole self. ?? Mind – Learning chords and rhythms keeps your brain engaged, building focus and confidence. ?? Body – The repetitive motion of strumming and finger placement supports coordination and helps release tension. ? Spirit – Music invites creativity and expression, offering a sense of freedom and lightness. ?? Soul – Familiar songs can bring comfort, connection, and a deeper sense of meaning. ?? Heart – Playing, especially with others, creates joy, belonging, and shared moments that matter. ?? Sometimes healing doesn’t look like hard work.
