A certificate of completion is issued upon completion. Are You Required to Take this Class? Anyone can take Olive Hill's Home buyer Class, but the class is required if you're applying for a NC Housing Finance Agency Community Partner Loan Pool home loan. CPLP financing can be used independently or with and NC Home Advantage Mortgage™, including down payment assistance. Eligible first-time buyers can also apply for an MCC.
