Join us as we try out snacks from around the world! Registration strongly encouraged to save your spot, we start promptly at 4pm. Open to grades 6-12. Please note: The Rye Free Reading Room cannot guarantee an allergen free atmosphere and library staff do not oversee food for potential allergens. This program may involve ingredients such as dairy, nuts, tree nuts, soy, or other allergens. Those with severe allergies should be aware that allergens may be present in the library. On the evening the club meets, we will all bring in one recipe from the cookbook to share at the library. A great opportunity for socializing, discussion, and tasty treats!This month's book is Watermelon & Red Birds by Nicole A. Taylor. Meets the last Monday of the month at 6pm. Signups for this session begin on May 25th. Books will be available on this date at the front desk.How to participate:1. Sign up for the session on our calendar at www.ryelibrary.org/events2. Grab your copy of the cookbook from the front desk at the library3. Peruse the cookbook and choose a recipe you'd like to bring in to the meeting.4.
