Organization: FINE AND PERFORMING ARTS Event Locator: 2023-AAJAJT   "Relax, Rejuvenate, and Reboot"   A Yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation space open to the whole Iona Community.   Hosted by the Arts and Languages Department's Dance Program   All members of the Iona community are welcome to stop by to take a yoga class or simply relax on a yoga mat or yoga bolsters to rejuvenate and reboot. During this busy time, take a moment for yourself to stretch, meditate, and breathe. Our facilitators will make you comfortable and help you relax. Be still, stretch, take a nap, and reflect.
