Looking for a supportive space to share ideas, get advice, and connect with mentors? The LGBTQ+ Roundtable is the perfect platform for queer professionals to cultivate relationships, explore topics relevant to their professional journeys, and advocate for LGBTQ+ representation in Tompkins County.  This month we are excited to meet at the Tompkins County Public Library (TCPL)! Founded in 1864 by Ezra Cornell, serves the approximately 104,000 residents of Tompkins County and is the Central Library for the Finger Lakes Library System, serving libraries and users in Tompkins, Tioga, Cortland, Seneca and Cayuga counties. Join us for a special Women in Business Roundtable at Hammerstone Carpentry School at their Trumansburg Campus! This Round Table will take place outside on grass, please wear appropriate footwear and attire.  ** There is a tentative rain date set for the following day Friday, June 26th, 3pm-4:30pm ** We’ll gather for meaningful conversation and connection with fellow women business and nonprofit leaders. Through carpentry, this quarter's host Hammerstone School, empowers women and gender minorities through craft trades education.  As always, our Women in Business Roundtable gatherings are known for important conversations, real-time brainstorming, and a supportive environment. All women-identifying business owners, leaders, and team members from Tompkins Chamber or Trumansburg Chamber member organizations are welcome to attend. Community Conversations serve as a forum for the Tompkins Chamber and Visit Ithaca to engage leaders of businesses and organizations in different localities within Tompkins County and allow us to better understand and support the unique needs of each community. All business owners, non-profit leaders, and government officials are invited to attend. Participate in a facilitated discussion about the strengths and challenges of businesses and organizations in the Ulysses/Trumansburg community.  Network with other business, nonprofit, and community leaders. Explore highlights of the Tompkins Chamber & Visit Ithaca's programs of work and relevant opportunities for your community.
