Originally scheduled for June 16th and changed to June 15th due to a scheduling conflict. Seniors will meet at the high school to line up at 5:30pm. The parade will start at 6:00pm and proceed through downtown Ballston Spa to where it will end at Ocean State Job Lots. Please join us for a short, 6 class Adult Fitness Yoga session. This class starts on May 12, 2026 through June 23, 2026. Classes will be held in the High School Library on Tuesday evenings, 6:30pm - 7:30pm. There is a short turn around to get registered for this class and class size is limited. Register today!Classes will be led by a certified instructor. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and towel. No experience necessary to join. This is an adult fitness program.Adult Fitness Yoga will meet on the following dates: 5/12, 5/26, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, and 6/23. There is no class on 5/19/2026 due to the annual school budget vote.
