About Us
WCLEF is a non-profit foundation that functions as a fund-raising team for grant fulfillment. When teachers and school leaders see a need for a resource that would enhance the learning of the students but are not fulfilled through the normal school budget, they complete a grant process and the WCLEF will assist in filling those grants.
