How does grief present itself? How do we deal with grief? In this experiential workshop you will learn and practice tools to comfort you through your grieving process after losing a loved one. Whether you have been grieving for many years or have recently experienced a loss, this workshop is for you. Lindsey creates a warm compassionate environment for sharing your deepest feelings. She will guide you to journal messages from your departed loved one to heal, resolve and experience love. Experience guided comforting, peaceful meditations. Understand the stages of grief: denial, bargaining, depression, anger, acceptance and finding the new you and your purpose.Lindsey will guide students with her clairvoyant abilities of signs and messages received from departed loved one, deepening connection. Bring to class: Journal, writing materials.Lindsey Sass, LMT, CHT, BS in psychology. Author of, A Trillion Particles of Light on Amazon by Lindsey Sass. Her book is about her near-death experience after a lightning strike and how the experience opened her clairvoyant abilities to guide her clients to feel and communicate with their departed loved ones’. Meetings are held at the Library located at 125 Main Avenue in Wallington and begin at 5:30pm.​Please check our website to determine the status of upcoming meetings and for meeting agendas.
