This meeting will open at 5:30 p.m. in the ALJ Auditorium located at 365 Westfield Avenue in Clark and immediately convene to Executive Session for confidential matters, collective bargaining, matters of personnel, litigation or contract matters, and/or attorney/client privilege.  No action will be taken during the Executive Session.The Public Session of this meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held via Google Meet.  The dial-in number to access the Public Session is (US) +1 541-626-6215 PIN: 393 240 392# and the website link is https://meet.google.com/rvq-yxoj-kjd.  Members of the public are being asked to have their phones or computers on mute at all times other than when asking a question or making a comment.  The public will also have the opportunity to submit questions/comments by emailing publiccomments@clarkschools.org.  Such an email will need to include the member of the public’s full name and address so that the minutes can eventually reflect that information.  To the extent that doing so is possible, please email the questions/comments by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting.  These questions/comments should address the types of issues that would more typically result in attendance at the in-person meeting.  The usual means of communication should otherwise be used. The Public Session agenda will be available on the district website for the public to review by Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., and the recording of the Public Session will be posted to the district website by Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. Link to the calendar with original event: https://app.echalk.com:443/#/group/5868/section/15621/calendar
