AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING Monday, December 8 at 6:00 PM Select Board Meeting Room at the Town House   Call meeting to order and introductions Public Hearing – Revision of Previously Approved Subdivision submitted by Gateway Homes LLC requesting to rescind the phasing plan associated with the original approval for the project entitled Woodman’s Place Condos Development. Woodman’s Place Condos Development consists of Parcels Nos. U016-041-001 through U016-041-016 located in the General Residence District. Continued Public Hearing – Site Plan Review Application submitted by Fieldstone Land Consultants on behalf of Kaufhold Properties LLC for the construction of a 4-bay garage for cold storage, gravel drive, and associated site improvements. This project is proposed for 376 Jaffrey Road (Parcel No. R003-024-000) located in the Business/Industrial District, Groundwater Protection Overlay Zone, Rural Gateway Overlay Zone, Shoreland Conservation Zone, and Wetland Protection Overlay Zone. Zoning Discussion Floodplain Regulations Re-use of exiting buildings Commercial District v.
