We will also explore what other things we can do with textiles! *Families may choose whether their child going into 3rd grade or going into 7th grade, attends this camp. Join this fun and creative 90-minute workshop with Candle Heart. You’ll learn how to design and create a beautiful ice cream-inspired candle from start to finish. During the class, you’ll discover the basics of candle making, learn techniques for creating realistic textures and decorative details, and gain hands-on experience crafting your own unique piece. No prior experience is required. By the end of the workshop, each participant will take home a handcrafted candle made entirely by their own hands in a relaxing, welcoming, and creative atmosphere. $75 + 4.00 Materials Cost Come make some amazing art that reflects thoughts and emotions that you may not even be conscious of having. The Community Suit helps identify your supportive community—the people, places, and ideals from where you find your strength. Learn about how your visual mind can communicate thoughts and feelings through images.  This collage process often feels magical and produces amazing works of art.  We make “cards” that can become your personal deck.  No art experience is necessary. Vandy Leigh is a trained SoulCollage® facilitator.  All materials provided. Registration Deadline:  July 2nd. Glaze is then $5.00/ pound of clay used. This includes your second firing to make your creation a functional ceramic piece. This is an All Ages event.
